STOW: The commission appointed by Stow Mayor Karen Fritschel to review the city's charter has started meeting. Commission members are Brian D'Antonio, Jack Dodgson, Christina Gary, Gwen Heeney, David Renninger, Doris Stewart and Elgie Underwood. Mary Botts is the commission secretary.
